In the middle of the big freeze in February of this year we had an emergency. Gas Group got somebody out to us on the same day, fixed the problem, with no call-out fee or premium rate for an emergency call-out.
The boiler they installed for us in 2013 is working as good as new and we have contracted Gas Group to carry out the annual safety inspection and service.
They always arrive on site punctually and carry out the work with minimal fuss and bother.
